Before getting in touch here are some frequently asked questions to check out

What if I need to modify my booking?

If you need to modify your booking please get in touch with customer support by clicking here. We can change, upgrade & downgrade all bookings until February 1st 2020.

What excursions are available?

You can add on a lot of fun to your booking. By adding each excursion to your cart we can link those excursions to your booking. Please note (1) excursion add to cart = 1 person. If there are more participants be sure to add the same number of excursions to your cart. For a full list of additional excursions click here.

What is the age requirement?

All guests must be 18 years of age or older to book at the time of purchase & event.

What if I need to modify or cancel my order?

To modify or cancel your order you can contact customer support. We accept cancellations for all packages until February 1st 2020. After February 1st you may not cancel your accommodation.

Can I add additional people to my booking?

Bookings are based on room types. You can only add to your booking if there is available space in your room. 

For Example: If you booked a room for 4 and only have 3 guests you can add an additional guest.

To get a band for that additional guest please get in touch with customer support.

What documents should I bring with me?

You must bring a passport for your flight, proof of ID & a credit / debit card. The a additional proof of ID & credit/debit card is for you to check in at your resort.

Who checks into the resort?

The person who made the booking must be the same person to check in at the resort unless you choose the “Someone else is checking in” at the time of purchase. If that option is chosen the name entered must be the guest checking in at the hotel.

Can I buy package add-ons after I booked?

Yes you can purchase excursions after you made your booking. Please be sure to log into your account so we can link it to your booking.

What should i do when my flight lands?

Find the SXM Experience team booth in the airport to check in. They will help you check in and get to your resort. Please have the bar code sent to the email used during purchase ready to be scanned. The bar code will be in your order confirmation email NOT the welcome package.

EXAMPLE

How will I get around the island?

Free shuttle service will be available to and from your resort and the air port. Additionally, there will be shuttle service from your resort to our pre-planned events. Access to these events are available with your all access wrist band.

You may also rent a car if you choose to do so once on the island.

How do I get my wrist band?

Your wrist band will be waiting for you in your room. The amount of wrist bands in your room depends on the amount of participants you chose during booking.

What if i lose my Wristband?

Our on site staff can help replace your wrist band. We will ask you to keep the broken wrist band to exchange for a new one.
